Three top City of Key West officials have been indicted by a Monroe County Grand Jury on evidence tampering and obstruction of justice charges.

City Attorney Ronald Ramsingh, Code Compliance Director James Young and Building Department Director Rajindhar “Raj” Ramsingh were indicted Tuesday, April 15, on felony charges following a months-long joint investigation conducted by the Monroe County State Attorney’s Office, in close partnership with the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
