A federal lawsuit has been filed against Balfour Beatty, which own three communities on Naval Air Station Key West, according to numerous military publications and legal firms.

The suit, filed in Monroe County, claims Balfour Beatty, which manages thousands of military homes across dozens of bases, “concealed the horrific conditions from unsuspecting service men and women and their families” and then, “when these conditions were discovered and reported, Balfour systematically failed to properly repair and remediate significant problems,” according to Military.com.
